Hey everyone, welcome back to the Healing Her IBS Podcast.
Today, I’m taking a moment to address something important. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the direction of this podcast and where I want to take it. To truly serve you, my listeners, I’ve decided to take a temporary break from creating new episodes.
I know this might come as a surprise, but it’s a decision I’ve made with careful consideration. Over the past six months, I’ve poured my heart and soul into this podcast, sharing my knowledge, experiences, and my personal stories around healing IBS.
However, as much as I love creating these episodes for you, I feel the need to step back and recharge and think on where I want to go with it. This break will allow me to:
- Reflect on the Journey So Far: I’ll be taking some time to look back at the episodes we’ve created and the impact they’ve had. This reflection will help me identify what’s working and what could be improved.
- Realign My Vision: I’ll be spending time to clarify my vision for the future of this podcast. What topics do you want to hear more about? What kind of content would be most beneficial to you?
- Prioritize Self-Care: As many of you know, managing IBS often requires a lot of self-care. Taking this break will allow me to prioritize my own health and well-being.
For right now, this is simply a pause. I hope to be back refreshed and ready to share more valuable content with you.
In the meantime, I encourage you to continue practicing self-care, seeking support from healthcare professionals, and connecting with other women who understand your journey.
